Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply as follows.

- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

- Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Our policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy:

North County Therapeutic Massage provides 100% Professional Therapeutic Massage Therapy Services only. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Any indication, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
